Apologies for the relatively poor audio quality but I was on my mobile. It was great to have a chat with Andy though, especially at 5.30pm on a Friday afternoon when hopefully a fair few people were listening. Of course since that interview I have since completed the Hull 10k (today, in fact), but I will post a report on the event in the next post.
